Shipping and Receiving Associate
PART TIME Monday through Friday 9am - 2pm
Location: Richardson, TX
The Shipping & Receiving Associate, otherwise known as Supply Chain Specialist, works at Catapult warehouse locations to ensure clinical supplies and equipment inventory is accounted for, packaged, and ready to be shipped to clinic team members or clinics directly.
Client Success Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid work location Dallas / Remote)
The Client Success Manager is responsible for construction and execution of client specific strategic plans for their assigned book of business. In this critical role, you have the opportunity to impact the experience for every participant involved in the implementation! A normal day in the life includes overseeing the day-to-day client management activities for the assigned employer and health plan clients, clinic bookings, creating and managing client relationships, program strategy development, new and renewal implementations, customer service coordination, communication campaign strategy, issue resolution, reporting, and ongoing client requests. Whew, that's a lot! This role is high impact and successful candidates have exceptional communication skills.
Medical Assistant - Traveling (Team Lead)
Location: Requires travel up to 3 days per week, with overnight stays. Must be located in Dallas, TX or surrounding area to be close to Dallas area airports
Catapult Health (Dallas, TX) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health. We do this through next generation worksite preventive health checkups. Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. The Team Lead has on-site responsibility for the execution of Catapult Health’s on-site clinic events, ensuring each participant has a great experience. Oftentimes, the Team Lead will be the only Catapult Team Member at the clinic. Other times, you may find a Team Lead and others working together when the number of patient appointments requires a larger team.
The Team Lead has several key tasks that consist of collecting a small blood sample from the patient, measuring blood pressure, gathering height, weight and abdominal circumference measurements, managing patient flow, troubleshooting technology, and communicating with onsite client contact as our main pont of contact as well as the operations support team.
Ultimately, the Team Lead ensures that the clinic runs smoothly from start to finish, while helping to resolve any challenges that arise in between.
