The PRN Nurse Practitioner Bilingual (English amd Spanish) is responsible for counseling patients on a preventive checkup using a remote (telehealth) consultation platform with our English and Spanish speaking patients. While the patient is remote, the NP's hosting the consultations will work in our Catapult Health office in Dallas, TX (Addison area). Catapult’s licensed Nurse Practitioners review each patient’s risk of diabetes, heart attack, and stroke. Additionally, our Nurse Practitioners screen for depression and make referrals based on those results.
