PART TIME / TEMPORARY Workforce Scheduling and Travel Coordination SpecialistLocation: Dallas, TX (work location Dallas Office)Dates: Start as soon as possible (on or after 9/25) and work through the week of November 20th

Catapult Health (Dallas, TX) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health. We do this through next generation worksite preventative health checkups. Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. Our Operations Planning Specialist role is front and center! They work day in and day out with our staff to coordinate travel and shifts. In addition, they handle opening NP appointments for our patients. Sounds easy, right? But once you consider a typical day at Catapult Health involves hosting upwards of 10-20 clinics (at the employer worksite), a thousand patient consultations per day and managing the scheduling and travel for our staff of over 150 employees, you can see why our Operations Planning Specialist role is kind of a big deal - - We would not be successful in hosting our clinics and consultations without them!

How you will make an impact:

  • Add and Manage Patient appointments in our scheduling system, as assigned.
  • Expense approvals for Field Team, as assigned.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) in every interaction!
  • Be approachable and resourceful! In-person and electronic day to day interaction and communication with the Client Success team, Human Resources team, Supply Chain team, Operations team, Nurse Practitioners and Field teams are critical to our success. If we have a team here at Catapult Health – you will be working with them.

What you need to be successful:

  • 2+ year(s) of experience handling extremely detail oriented work in a high-volume capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to help are critical to the success of this position.
  • Strong sense of urgency / drive to be resourceful and excel.
  • Natural ability to see from different perspectives and balance the business and people side of the situation.
  • Naturally approachable and level-headed in stressful situations.\
  • Work Schedule is: PART TIME Monday - Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm (with a 30 min meal break)
  • Physical Requirements include: 
    • Sitting: Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods, often several hours at a time.

    • Keyboarding: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry, requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity.

    • Vision: Sufficient near vision for reading from a computer monitor and documents, with close vision requirements due to detailed work.

    • Hearing and Speaking: Ability to hear and communicate, sometimes required for phone-based communication or team collaboration.

    • Repetitive Motion: Ability to engage in repetitive tasks, primarily data entry using a keyboard.
    • Mobility: Some positions may require occasional standing, walking, reaching, or stooping within the office environment.

    • Manual Dexterity: Fine and gross motor manipulation for handling documents, operating a mouse, or using office equipment, oftentimes exceeding 8 hours per day.
