Clinic Staff Coach

Location: Requires travel 3-5 days per week (could be anywhere in the US)
Catapult Health is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health. We do this through next generation worksite and home kit preventive health checkups. Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. To be specific, our Clinic Staff Coach is directly responsible for the coaching and mentorship of a group of Health Technicians and Team Leads working across the nation. In order to succeed, the Clinic Staff Coach is expected to travel upwards of 60% - 70%, often requiring multiple overnight trips, and 100% travel durin gour peak seasons. When the role does not require overnight travel, the team member will work in our Dallas, TX office (Addison area).
