Overview
The Supply Chain Manager is a HANDS-ON player/coach that ensures the seamless flow of all supplies and equipment to support onsite clinic operations. This role is directly responsible for all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and team management. The position manages two Supply Chain / Logistics Specialist positions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar field, or equivalent and relevant experience in a related field, required.
Minimum 4 year’s experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or other related field.
1+ year experience managing a logistics or supply chain team.
For insurability and travel reasons, must possess a valid state driver’s license, have and maintain a clear driving history and be at least 21 years of age (due to driving company vans or traveling with company equipment in personal vehicles).
Strong skill set in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
Ability to gather data from multiple sources and analyze effectively to support projections for planning, allocation, delivery and operational processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in systems such as: Salesforce, MS Office and GoogleDocs.
Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Approachable and level-headed in stressful situations.
Open to change and effectively adjust to new circumstances and changing priorities.
Ability to create and foster a team-oriented environment.
