Overview:

Catapult Health is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health.  We do this through next generation worksite preventive health checkups.  Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission.  To be specific, our Sr. Manager, Onsite Clinics is directly responsible for the performance and coaching of the Clinic Staff Manager’s. In order to succeed, the Sr. Manager, Onsite Clinics is expected to travel approximately 50% of the time, often requiring multiple overnight trips. When the role does not require overnight travel, the team member will work in our Dallas, TX office (Addison area).

 

How you will make an impact:

  • Embrace and share our customer centric mindset through daily interactions with our team members and patients.
    Manager a team of two Clinic Staff Manager’s who directly manage our Onsite Clinical team members (Health Technicians and Team Leads).
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and other measurable data to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement based on KPI or other measurable data.
  • Communicate the company standards for performance (KPIs and other data) to the onsite field team members.
  • Coach and motivate our Clinic Staff Manager’s and their teams of Health Technicians & Team Leads to meet and exceed these established standards. Hold team members accountable as needed, when they are not meeting the standards.
  • Establish and monitor connections with active onsite clinic team members to ensure our team is engaged and productive.
  • Attend minimum of 6 onsite clinics per quarter to ensure adherence to established company onsite clinic protocols and to provide oppportunity for ideation on opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate changes, feedback and reminders in person and electronically in a way that supports the team members and their future performance objectives.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly meetings for Onsite Clinic team (via zoom)
  • Review documented site visits and competency assessments, working with the Clinic Staff Managers to address performance issues and reward and highlight strong performance.
  • Assist Operations Planning Team with short notice schedule changes.
  • Perform in Team Lead role, as needed to support the business and to stay up to speed on (no less than once a month)
  • Participate as a leader and/or facilitator in Health Technician and Team Lead training classes.
  • Partner closely with HR and VP of Clinical Services to ensure consistent and equitable policy enforcement and program/process adherence.
  • Ensure team delivers corrective action and provides performance improvement plans in a timely manner.
  • Oversee payroll approvals and personnel paperwork is completed in a timely manner, as needed.
  • Interview Health Technician & Team Lead candidates; make hiring recommendations, as needed.
  • Ensure team is exceeding performance standards in the Clinic Staff Manager, Team Lead and Health Technician roles, leading by example.
  • Possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills.

What you need to be successful:

  • Natural ability to see from different perspectives and balance the business and people side of the situation.
  • 5+ years of experience leading wellness clinics or similar events/programs and teams.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a remote workforce in healthcare, highly preferred.
  • Experience leading classroom style training programs, highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing others (individual contributors and people leaders) and providing corrective feedback; strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Independently motivated and disciplined.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capability.
  • Naturally approachable and level-headed in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as CRM systems (such as Salesforce), etc.
  • Ability to work with confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available to travel at least 50% of the time.  Many of the travel obligations will require back to back overnight stays.
  • In order to administer clinics, handle day-to-day work tasks and lead training sessions, you will be asked to lift, twist, stand, sit, bend, squat, and reach for 8+ hours consistently throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds regularly to assist with set-up and take down of clinic as well as refreshing supplies and maintaining technology connectivity throughout the day.
  • Requires reliable transportation for local clinics (those within a 100-mile radius of the Catapult Health office) and a clean driving record to operate our fleet vehicles and be eligible to rent a car on our corporate programs.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, to be able to be assigned a rental car under our company program. Also, must be eligible to rent a car through all major care rental agencies.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license at all times.
  • Must have current and continued vehicle insurance at or above the level required for state in which the team member is licensed.
