To support our expanding business, we are seeking an additional full-time, salaried team member to support our team (you will be one of two NP Clinical Managers).

We are looking for motivated, highly skilled, positive, upbeat, and confident Clinical Managers for our Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner Team in Dallas, Texas!

Monitor and review KPIs/performance metrics with assigned NPs at regular intervals, and lead quarterly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Co-lead a team of assigned Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and serve as a clinical subject matter expert for best practices.
Coach and mentor your assigned team regularly. Share and review patient satisfaction surveys and KPIs with NPs consistently.
Train, mentor, and support new Catapult Health NPs, providing evidence-based feedback with a positive and professional attitude.
Perform patient consultations via our virtual platform for approximately two shifts (about 16 hours) per week to support business needs, and as additional coverage when shifts go unfilled (based on license eligibility).
Conduct NP candidate interviews.
Meet regularly with the Vice President of Clinical Operations and participate in strategic clinical initiatives.
Perform chart reviews in independent states, as assigned.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with all Catapult team members and patients.
Monitor technology communication channels (e.g., Slack) and provide assistance and guidance as needed.
Work with the Licensing Team to obtain and maintain licensure in 20 or more states.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and leadership skills.
Master of Science in Nursing (or higher).
People leadership experience with strong interpersonal and team management skills.
5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Current national certification by ANCC or AANP (FNP, ANP, or A-GNP).
Current and unencumbered Compact RN license in Texas.
Current and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (APRN-CNP).
Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week from the Dallas, TX (Addison area) office. This includes one shift until 7:00 PM and one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shift per month. Additional evening or weekend shifts may be requested during peak business periods.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced telehealth environment, while providing guidance and support to the NP team.
Naturally approachable and level-headed in stressful situations.
Telehealth experience; proficiency across multiple technology platforms.
Ability to sit or stand at a computer for full shifts, wearing a headset and typing for extended periods.
