Location: Throughout Laredo, TX, and across the US, as needed

 

6 openings:

Start time normally 6:30am - end time normally 2:45pm - MAY VARY based upon clinic volume and first appointment time. 

 

Seasonal assignment is anticipated to be active the week of October 21, 2024 through mid-December 2024.

 

All candidates considered must be biligual, Spanish and English.

The Team Lead - Tasso has on-site responsibility for the execution of Catapult Health’s on-site clinic events, ensuring each participant has a great experience. Oftentimes, the Team Lead - Tasso will be the only Catapult Team Member at the clinic.  Other times, you may find a Team Lead or two working together when the number of patient appointments requires a larger team.

 

The Team Lead - Tasso has several key tasks that consist of collecting a small blood sample from the patient, measuring blood pressure, gathering height, weight and abdominal circumference measurements, managing patient flow, troubleshooting technology, and communicating with onsite client contact, and operations support team.

 

Ultimately, the Team Lead ensures that the clinic runs smoothly from start to finish, while helping to resolve any challenges that arise in between. How you will make an impact:

  • Collect small blood sample, measure blood pressure as well as height, weight and abdominal circumference.
  • Lead and actively participate in setting up / taking down the clinic, working alongside all assigned Clinic Leads.
  • Transport clinic equipment and supplies to and from clinic locations, when required. In many cases the equipment and supplies will be shipped directly to the client site by Catapult’s logistics team.
  • Determine and act if any patients are in need of immediate health care, per Catapult’s practices and guidelines.
  • Enter all patient information into EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
  • Effectively communicate with clinic site contact, patients and all Catapult Health team members throughout duration of clinic to ensure a smooth and successful clinic.
  • Complete clinic recap prior to leaving the clinic site.
  • Work with the Catapult Health team onsite while meeting Catapult Health’s expectations for time spent per patient and patient satisfaction. Remember, the patient comes first!
  • Communicate electronically with remote operations team, as needed.
  • Manage supplies, technology, and connection to ensure that each clinic runs smoothly and successfully.
  • Answer questions and resolve any issues that arise with the patients or site contact throughout clinic.
  • Communicate with clinic site contact prior to each event to coordinate logistics of meeting time/place.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, required.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients in a positive way.
  • Ability to follow proper clinical process/procedure at all times
  • Ability to report to clinics that begin as early as 5 AM or end as late as 4pm. Punctuality and attendance is critical!
  • Reliable transportation to get you to and from events in the Laredo area.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and clear driving history (due to insurability requirements for driving company vans and rental cars).
  • Must maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality (patient medical information).
  • Naturally approachable and level-headed in stressful situations. This is also where your expertise comes into play and truly exhibit the rock star that you are!
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • You will operate in a team environment, so ability to get along/work well with others is imperative!
  • In order to administer tests to our patients you will be asked to lift, stand, sit, squat, for up to 8 hours consistently throughout the day. 
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds regularly to assist with set-up and take down of clinic as well as refreshing supplies and maintaining technology connectivity throughout the day.
