QA Engineer II 

Location: Dallas, TX (Dallas / Remote)

 

Catapult Health (Dallas, TX) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health.  We do this through next generation worksite preventative health checkups with a virtual twist.  Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission.  Our Quality Assurance Engineer participates in all QA initiatives for the organization.  Sounds easy, right?  But once you consider a typical year at Catapult Health involves updating and rolling out more than 50 software enhancements/deployments, you can see why our Quality Assurance Engineer II is kind of a big deal.  Our level of patient care would not be where it is today without this position! 

How you will make an impact:

  • Automated test writing for unit, integration, functional and other types of tests working with Selenium and JavaScript.
  • Identify Acceptance Criteria. Debug and troubleshoot code.
  • Demonstrate enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Work with developers, business analysts, and other QA Engineers.

100% telecommuting permitted in the U.S. if in a location Catapult Health has employees

Up to 10% domestic travel required throughout the U.S.

What you need to be successful:

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field(s), plus 6 months experience in Automation and Software Development Engineer roles or related.Requires 6 months of experience with each of the following:
    • QA experience with healthcare applications.
    • QA experience working with REACT and Node.JS.
    • QA experience with in house and proprietary systems.
    • QA or Software Development experience.
    • Managing small and medium sized QA projects and providing weekly reports
