Title: Human Resouces Specialist - 

Location: Addison, TX (Onsite work required 5 days per week)

At Catapult Health, we provide cutting edge preventive healthcare consultation experiences via our proprietary, patient-centric telehealth platform, across the United States. To support our expanding business, we are seeking a full-time HR Specialist to support our team.

 

Catapult Health’s HR Specialist is a passionate and highly energetic brand advocate who provides hands-on support for the HR function in the areas of Compliance (Training, Auditing, Unemployment, Record Retention), Leave Administration, and On-Boarding in a growing and evolving environment. The HR Specialist works out of our Dallas, TX (Addison area) corporate office.

How you will make an impact:

  • Promote and maintain a mindset that sees the best in people.
  • Establish and maintain team member records in company systems (Paycom, Salesforce, BOX, etc.).
  • Manage I-9 program performing quarterly audits, remediate, as necessary.
  • Manage new hire onboarding program for field and office and compliance training requirements to ensure completion.
  • Create and manage auto insurance monitoring program.
  • Manager Motor Vehicle Report monitoring program.
  • Execute and manage compliance workplace postings required.
  • Assist with annual compliance training initiative across organization.
  • Complete employment verifications and verification of hours requests as needed to support the business.
  • Respond to unemployment claims in a timely manner and attend hearings, as required.
  • Conduct various internal reporting and auditing, as requested.
  • Administrate Leave of Absence Programs
  • Maintain confidentiality with all PHI and PII information.
  • Assist with other projects and programs, as requested.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company celebrations and engagement events.

What you need to be successful:

  • 1 - 2 years of current HR experience in small to medium sized organizations handling general HR administration.
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work with confidential information and use discretion, as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • All-around good team member who is cooperative, approachable, and dedicated to helping others succeed.
